Excellent video tip of the week Krista! Clients really need to know how much they can afford to spend on a home and look in their price range. Nothing worse than finding a home they just can't quite afford and then nothing else will compare to the one they can't have. Also the fact that preapproval can help with their negotiations is a definate plus!
